Ever since veteran Nollywood music scorer Mike Nliam was named last week among personalities in the country’s entertainment industry to serve on the campaign team of former Nigeria’s vice president and PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Mike’s telephone handset has not known peace.

There have been calls upon calls and messages upon messages. Those friends and colleagues who had abandoned the “One day e go better” crooner are all struggling to re-establish relationship with him.

These days, any post made by the music idol on any of his social media handles attracts numerous reactions and comments, unlike before his political appointment.

Overheard Mike complaining to a friend the other day that his phone battery gets flat very easily these days.
