The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Monday, January 14, 2019:

NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze conditions are likely over this region, visibility range of 2 – 5km with localised visibility of 1,000m is likely over the northeast throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 32 – 35℃ and 11 – 20℃ respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Dust haze is probable over the region throughout the forecast period. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 34 – 38℃ and 19 – 21℃.

SOUTHERN STATES: Dust haze condition is expected in the morning and afternoon/evening period over the inland cities while early morning mist is expected in the coastal region in the morning, with chances of partly cloudy conditions in the afternoon/evening period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 38℃ and 21 – 25℃ respectively.
