The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Sunday, January 6, 2019:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy condition is anticipated over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 27 – 34℃and 10 – 17℃respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Moderate dust haze condition is expected over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 27 – 36℃and 10 – 21℃.

SOUTHERN STATES: Moderate dust haze conditions are expected over the inland cities throughout the forecast period. Early morning mist/fog is expected over the coast. Later in the day, moderate dust haze with visibility range of 3-5km is expected over the region. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 37℃and 16 – 23℃respectively.
