Sunny and hazy weather to prevail across Nigeria today, says NiMET

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Friday, January 4, 2019:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy condition is anticipated over this region

throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 26 – 31℃and 9 – 18℃respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are expected to prevail over the region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 29 – 35℃and 16 – 20℃.

SOUTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy condition is expected over the inland cities while early morning mist/fog with chances of hazy condition later in the day is anticipated over the coastal cities. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 36℃and 17 – 20℃respectively.
