Court nullifies el-Rufa’i’s appointment of new district heads in Kaduna

A High Court II sitting in Zaria this morning nullified the appointment of new district heads by Kaduna state governor, Malam Nasir el-Rufa’i.

The Court under Justice Kabir Dabo ruled that all the district heads sacked by the governor should return to their positions.
