Rivers APC guber aspirant, Dr Dawari George
Rivers State All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant, Dr. Dawari George, has accepted the outcome of the gubernatorial primaries held on Sunday and embraced the victor, Mr. Tonye Cole, as well as the State APC Leader, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi.
“I congratulate my brother Tonye Cole on his election today.
I wish to use this opportunity to congratulate our leader, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi, party delegates and members for going through the process successfully.
“I wish to thank my supporters for their tenacity and commitment to our shared vision,” Dr. George said in a statement personally signed by him.
“My special appreciation goes to the youths of Rivers State, men and women across party divides, who owned the project and drove it with great ingenuity. The support from my family has been tremendous.
“I still count on your support in my commitment to the victory of APC and the greater good of our dear Rivers State in 2019,” he added.
