Not less than 15 Senators defected from the ruling All Progressives Party (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during plenary on Tuesday.

In the South West, Senators Monsurat Sunmonu, Soji Akanbi and Olanrewaju Tejuoso joins PDP.
