CBNâ€™s Monetary Policy Committee meets in Abuja

The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is to meet today and tomorrow in Abuja, the Nigerian capital.

“The meeting will review developments in the global economy as well as key variables in the nation’s economy,” the Bank said in a statement signed by Mr. Isaac Okorafor on behalf of the Director, Corporate Communications.

Okorafor said that the meeting will come up with decisions which would be announced in a communique to be issued tomorrow by CBN’s Acting Governor, Dr. (Mrs.) Sarah Alade.
