Transcorp Hilton Abuja’s Sales Manager, Kayode Olabode and the Assistant Conference & Events Manager, Janet Dakim have been honoured with awards by Hilton Worldwide.

At the recently concluded Hilton Worldwide EMEA Sales Conference 2014 which was held in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, Olabode emerged the winner of Hotel Sales Deal of the Year 2013 for Middle East, Africa, Russia and CIS Countries while Janet Dakim emerged winner of Hotel Sales Person of the Year 2013 also for Middle East, Africa, Russia and CIS Countries.

Etienne Gailliez, general manager, Transcorp Hilton Abuja, said: “The awards to Kayode and Janet are significant especially coming at a period we are in pursuit of excellence in all facets of our business. I trust the awards will inspire all our team members to continue the drive for excellence.”

It would be recalled that Transcorp Hilton Abuja won the award for GC&E Sales Team of the Year 2012 for Middle East & Africa at the EMEA Sales Conference 2013. The Hilton Worldwide Circle of Excellence Awards recognises and rewards excellence in Sales Management.
