Hazy weather
The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today,Monday, March 27, 2017:
NORTHERN STATES:Moderate dust haze conditions are expected over Maiduguri, Yola, Katsina, Kano, Nguru, Gombe and Damaturu in the next 24hours while the north-western cities like Sokoto, Gusau, Kebbi and Yelwa will be in sunny and hazy conditions. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 38 – 44℃and 19 – 27℃respectively.
CENTRAL STATES:This region is anticipated to be in partly cloudy conditions during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 42℃and 17 – 28℃respectively.
SOUTHERN STATES:Partly cloudy conditions and cloudiness are expected over the inland and coastal cities of the region in the morning hours respectively. Later in the day, the southern cities will experience isolated thunderstorms. Day and night time temperatures are expected to be in the ranges of 34 – 38℃and 18 – 26℃respectively.
