Ibrahim Chatta kneeling to greet Sola Sobowale and Oga Bello
Actor Ibrahim Chatta knelt to greet veteran actors Sola Sobowale and Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, at the commissioning of Sobowale’s aged-care facility in Ibadan.
In a video trending online, Chatta was seen kneeling before the two veterans who were seated together at the event.
Sobowale was dressed in a colourful Ankara outfit, while Oga Bello wore a white traditional attire with a white cap.
The event was the housewarming and commissioning of Joseph & Esther Homes, Sola Sobowale’s new later living community for elderly citizens in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The facility, which was commissioned on Tuesday, by Governor Seyi Makinde, is designed to provide safe, dignified and personalised care for senior citizens.
The gesture by Chatta has drawn praise on social media, with many describing it as a display of humility and respect for elders in the Nollywood industry. (The Nation)
