BSN Nigeria’s community has surpassed 2,343 members, cementing its role in leadership and management development across Nigeria and beyond

Business School Netherlands (BSN) Nigeria has graduated 82 new Action Learning MBA holders at the BSN global convocation and graduation ceremony, held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The milestone brings the number of BSN Action Learning MBA holders from Nigeria to approximately 1,156, while the broader BSN Nigeria community now exceeds 2,343 members — a clear indicator of the institution’s growing influence across professional learning, leadership development, and organisational transformation.

The 82 graduates completed a rigorous programme that combined management education, applied research, critical reflection, and practical problem-solving. Each graduate applied their learning directly to real organisational challenges, demonstrating the Action Learning model’s core principle: leadership is developed through disciplined action, not theory alone.

Action Learning: Where Strategy Meets Execution

BSN’s Action Learning methodology places live business challenges at the heart of the learning experience. Participants sharpen their leadership capabilities by interrogating assumptions, collaborating across disciplines, and taking informed action — then measuring the results. Leadership Calls for Accountability and Impact

Prof. Lere Baale, Chief Executive of BSN Nigeria, congratulated the graduates on their dedication and resilience, urging them to convert their qualifications into stronger organisations, ethical leadership, and meaningful societal contribution. He emphasised that the true value of an MBA is proven not by the credential itself, but by the quality of a graduate’s decisions, their ability to develop others, and their capacity to deliver sustainable improvements.

Dr Olumide Ajayi, a director of BSN Nigeria, reinforced this charge, calling on graduates to remain competitive in the marketplace and to continue transforming their organisations.

The ceremony featured an address by His Excellency, Ambassador Dr Mohammed Idris Haidara, Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, whose participation underscored the significance of Nigerian achievement within BSN’s international learning community.

Dr Olubunmi Fatungase, the valedictorian, also delivered an inspiring address to the graduating class.

BSN Nigeria expressed its appreciation to its faculty, lecturers, examiners, Action Learning Coaches, and Set Advisors, as well as its staff and the wider BSN international team, for their role in graduates’ development and the success of the ceremony. The institution also acknowledged the families, employers, and colleagues whose support enabled graduates to balance their studies with professional and personal responsibilities.
