The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather conditions for today, Thursday, November 24, 2016:
NORTHERN STATES: The entire region is expected to be under sunny and hazy conditions throughout the forecast period with good horizontal visibilities. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 35 – 38°C and 16 – 22°C respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy to partly cloudy conditions will prevail over this region during the forecast period. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 34 – 38°C and 16 – 25°C respectively.
SOUTHERN STATES: The inland cities and the coast are expected to be cloudy in the morning hours with prospects of isolated thunderstorms over Akure, Ado-Ekiti, Benin, Enugu, Lagos, Eket, Calabar, Port Harcourt, Warri, Ikom and Yenagoa in the afternoon/evening hours. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 35°C and 22 – 24°C respectively.
