According to reports from AS, Berta’s primary objective was to closely assess the Nigerian forward, while also gathering key information about his availability. Despite already investing heavily in attack with the signing of Viktor Gyokeres, there is an increasing belief within the club that manager, Mikel Arteta wants more depth and variety in his frontline options heading into next season.

Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray from Napoli in 2024, has been in outstanding form and remains under contract until 2029. However, Arsenal’s sustained interest suggests they are seriously exploring the possibility of bringing the striker to the Premier League.
