Middle East airlines, including Emirates and Qatar Airways, have resumed flights, subject to regulatory approvals and airspace availability.
Major Gulf carriers, including Emirates, Etihad Airways, and Qatar Airways, are gradually restoring full flight services. After operating limited schedules and facing travel restrictions due to the ongoing conflict in the region, these airlines from the Middle East are now returning to normal operations. The move is expected to ease passenger movement and improve connectivity across key global destinations.
Emirates, one of the leading airlines in the world, has been operating a reduced flight schedule due to airspace closure. Following the partial reopening of the regional airspace in the UAE, the airline has returned to full operational capacity, subject to airspace availability and operational requirements.
A recent post on their X profile states that “Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly.” Further, customers can check their flight schedule and book flights on the official website. The airline has also shared the options for refund or rebooking that customers have in an X post.
According to a post on their X profile, Qatar Airways resumed repatriation flights to and from Hamad International Airport in Doha, even though scheduled flight operations remain temporarily suspended due to the closure of Qatari airspace.
Here’s a quick look at Qatar Airways’ flight schedule from March 9 to 11, 2026:

The post also states that all services remain subject to operational approvals and may be adjusted based on regional airspace conditions. The airline will be operating scheduled flights to multiple international destinations from March 6 to 19, 2026, including Jeddah, Athens, Medina, Riyadh, Tokyo, Phuket, Toronto, Vienna, Chicago, Manila, Boston, Beijing, and more.
