Holders Paris St-Germain missed the chance to all but mathematically secure their place in the Champions League knockout stages as they suffered a shock defeat to Sporting in Lisbon.
PSG enjoyed more than 70% possession and had 28 shots during a dominant showing, but fell behind to Luis Suarez's close-range finish with 16 minutes left to play.
Substitute Khvicha Kvaratskhelia equalised five minutes later with a curling strike into the top corner.
But the French side were stunned in the 90th minute when Colombian striker Suarez struck after PSG goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier spilled a long shot.
Luis Enrique's side had three goals ruled out by the officials for offside and fouls.
Warren Zaire-Emery's header on the half hour mark was chalked off for a foul in the build-up by Senny Mayulu, while Nuno Mendes was denied a goal against his former club because Ousmane Dembele had fouled goalkeeper Rui Silva.
Dembele, the 2025 Ballon d'Or winner, then sent a thumping header past Silva after the break, but was ruled offside.
Sporting showed their teeth early in the second half and would have taken an unlikely lead had Francisco Trincao not overcooked his low cross to an unmarked Suarez in the middle of the penalty area.
While Silva impressed in the Sporting goal, the same cannot be said of opposite number Chevalier.
The Frenchman needlessly conceded the corner that led to the opener, before parrying Trincao's long shot straight into the path of Suarez to give Sporting a fourth successive home win in the competition for a first ever time.
Victory moved them up to sixth in the standings and level on 13 points with fifth-placed PSG, who lost a Champions League tie against a team outside one of Europe's big-five leagues for the first time since Benfica in 2013. (BBC)
