The Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) has announced a new date for its 2025 Awards and Gala Night, originally scheduled for Nov. 28.
The Director-General of PEBEC, Mrs Zahrah Mustapha-Audu, made the announcement on Friday in Abuja, stating the event would now hold on Dec. 2 at the Banquet Hall, State House, Abuja.
She explained that the change was necessitated by other engagements of relevant stakeholders, particularly the Vice President, Sen. Kashim Shettima, whose presence was central to the ceremony.
“PEBEC, on behalf of His Excellency, the Vice President of Nigeria, Sen. Kashim Shettima, wishes to formally inform all invited guests, partners, awardees, and stakeholders of the rescheduling of the PEBEC Awards and Gala Night.
“We regret any inconvenience this change may cause and sincerely appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all invited guests, stakeholders, partners, and award nominees,” Mustapha-Audu added.
She confirmed that the event would still commence at 5 p.m. on the new date, with the dress code set as Afro-Glam or Black-Tie for all attendees.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the annual event celebrates exceptional public service delivery, reform excellence, and collaborative efforts toward improving Nigeria’s business environment. (NAN)
