Delta State Police Command PRO, SP Bright Edafe
The Police Public Relations Officer for Delta State Command, SP Bright Edafe, has announced the arrest of a woman identified as Tracy Wilson for allegedly sexually assaulting her three-year-old daughter.
Speaking in a video shared by the police on Tuesday, SP Edafe said, “We had a father of a three-year-old child who had a baby with a lady he is not yet married to.
“He came to the station and reported that he had come across a video where the mother of his daughter was having sexual intimacy with the three-year-old child. That is a mother practising lesbianism with her own daughter.”
The report came shortly after the command arrested a 54-year-old man who had been having sexual relations with his three daughters.
Upon receipt of the complaint, the command said, “The DPO Ogborikoko division CSP Temi Agbede Zuokumor, swiftly mobilised men and arrested the mother.”
As revealed by the PPRO, investigations confirmed the “allegations as true”, supported by video evidence.
“Not only did she sexually molest her own child, but she had it on record,” Edafe said.
When questioned, Tracy Wilson admitted, saying, “My child was sucking my breasts. I have the video of naked pictures where my daughter was naked and I was naked. So, she was touching her vagina. I have been abusing her, touching her vagina… She is my daughter.”
Asked how long the abuse had continued, Wilson responded, “Since eight months.”
Further reports by Edafe revealed the child had tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease and sustained injuries to her vulva.
Wilson acknowledged these facts during the interrogation.
Edafe concluded by stressing the commitment of the state police command to safeguarding society.
This case follows another recent incident in Asaba, Delta State, where a 54-year-old man, Edward Odega, confessed to defiling his three daughters over seven years.
Edafe confirmed, “The command has arrested a father who had been defiling his three daughters for the past seven years.
“The three children are now aged 13, 15, and 24. The act was made public after DPO Ogborikoko division CSP Temi Agbede Zuokumor, who went on a school outreach for enlightenment, encountered a child who spoke up, leading to the father’s arrest. (The PUNCH)
