Kanu in court
Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja this Thursday morning, November 20, 2025, briefly rose abruptly as the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, openly challenged his move to render judgement in the prolonged legal battle with the Federal Government.
He, however, later resumed sitting on the matter after Kanu, who insisted that his trial was unlawful, was escorted out of court by security operatives.
The case is ongoing.
