The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced a 48-hour extension for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ registration deadline, assuring prospective corps members (PCMs) facing technical difficulties that the issues will be resolved to ensure they complete their registration.
The scheme acknowledged the difficulties experienced by some PCMs during their online registration, attributing the challenge to network issues on its portal.
Caroline Embu, Director of Information and Public Relations for NYSC, confirmed the development in a statement made available to the Nigerian Tribune on Saturday.
She explained that the NYSC is actively working to fix the challenge while providing affected PCMs with extra time.
“While management regrets the inconvenience this might have caused our valued PCMs, we wish to assure all that we are working round the clock to resolve the issues and ensure they enjoy seamless registration.
“So, in view of this regrettable development, Management has extended the registration period by 48 hours till midnight of Tuesday 11 November, 2025 to enable our enthusiastic PCMs conclude their registration,” the statement read.
The extension moves the registration deadline from the original Saturday to Tuesday, November 11, 2025, giving all prospective corps members more time to finalize their applications for mobilization. (Nigerian Tribune)
