Buhari has destroyed Nigeriaâ€™s economy: PDP

Nigeria’s leading opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has taken a swipe at the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led administration over the nation’s economy, which has formally gone into recession.

A Channels TV report quoted a statement by PDP as accused the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari of destroying Nigerian economy, adding that the country is in its worst economic state in 29 years.

PDP lamented that the situation is worsened by the fact that every sphere of the Nigerian socio-political space is negatively affected, owing to the implementation of the “administration’s archaic and incoherent economic policies.”
