Gunmen have reportedly abducted the lawmaker representing Panshin South constituency in Plateau Assembly Laven Denty Jacob.
Laven was reportedly kidnapped on Monday night in his residence in Angwan Kagji area of Dong in Jos North Local government area.
A close aide of the lawmaker who served him while he was vice chairman of Pankshin local government area during the Simon Lalong adminstration, said the incident happened around 7.30pm
