The Anambra State Police Command Operatives attached to Rapid Response squad, Awkuzu have arrested a 34-year-old Kingsley Eze who has been on Police wanted list for alleged involvement in armed robbery.
According to a press release by the state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the suspect was arrested in Abagana community, Njikoka Local Government Area of the state, midday of Saturday, 20th September 2025, following credible intelligence.
The suspect Is said to have been on the Police wanted list for alleged involvement in armed robbery.
The statement partly read, ”During the arrest, one Magnum Pump Action gun, along with twelve (12) live cartridges, were recovered from him.
“The suspect is currently in custody undergoing interrogation and would be charged in court upon the conclusion of the investigations.”
