A massive explosion has been reported in Delta State, with no immediate clues as to who the perpetrators are.
“The Isoko Development Secretariat was brought down by a massive explosion on Friday in Oleh, Delta State,” says a report by Independent.
“The secretariat also known as Isoko House was rocked with explosion amid the union’s annual conference around 5pm Nigerian time,” says the report.
It adds that no group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
