Anambra Teqball players warming up for the world qualifiers

The Anambra State Teqball Association has announced plans to participate in the Teqball World Qualifiers, scheduled to take place from September 10 to 13 in Aba, Abia State.
A communiqué signed by the duo of the Chairman and media officer respectively, Edwin Umeanozie, and Media Officer Cyril Nwoye after its executive meeting in Awka, the association announced that selection trials for the state’s contingent will be held on August 16 at the Awka Township Stadium.
It called on players, stakeholders, and Teqball enthusiasts to support the team for a strong performance at the qualifiers.
It also expressed appreciation to the state Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, and the Chairman, Anambra State Sports Development Commission, Patrick-Estate Onyedum, for their contributions to sports development and the growth of Teqball in the state.
