Acting National President of Niger Delta Youth For Good Governance, Senior Comr. Lucky O.O. Ukueku, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro PhD, “for his exceptional leadership and innovative approach to empowering youths and ex-agitators in the Niger Delta region.”

Speaking Friday at a press briefing in Asaba, Delta State, Ukueku, the First Elected Executive National President of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Scholarship Students Worldwide, praised Dr. Otuaro’s strategic leadership training program, describing it as a game-changer and unprecedented in the history of the Amnesty Program. “Under Dr. Otuaro’s leadership, thousands of leaders are being developed, and this will have a profound impact on the region,” Ukueke noted.

“On behalf of our forum Niger Delta Youth For Good Governance I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Otuaro and his team for their unwavering support,” as I urge other Niger Delta Leaders who hold different positions to emulate this leadership strategy of Dr Otuaro to enable more Youth to engage themselves to meaning things, and build others in the region. Comr. Ukueku said. “We encourage the leaders who have benefited from this training to use their newfound skills judiciously, making a positive impact in the lives of others and contributing to the growth and development of our beloved Niger Delta region.” Comr.
