The city of Awka, capital of Anambra State, has witnessed a fatal accident caused by a luxury bus with the inscription God’s Own Motors coming down from the Agu-Awka end of the old road.

According to an eye witness who spoke to News Express, the luxury bus lost control after its break failed on getting to St Patrick’s Catholic Church gate during the work rush hour and from there rammed into vehicles that were on the road, mostly tricycles.

Though no death has been recorded, an unconfirmed number of people are reported to have been injured and taken to the hospital.

When News Express got to the scene, no blood stains were seen except for car and tricycles that were damaged.
