Renowned speech educator and media personality Chris Nkwocha—Phonovator is set to launch his most anticipated innovation yet: the Phonetic Gymnasium—a revolutionary training model designed to reshape how spoken English is taught and mastered across Africa.

The Phonetic Gymnasium introduces a kinesthetic, voice-powered approach to speech development, treating articulation and pronunciation like physical fitness. Through structured vocal drills, phonetic choreography, and sound conditioning, learners build clarity, confidence, and expressive control. The model is expected to become a cornerstone of accent training and phonemic awareness for ESL learners and educators alike.

Nkwocha, who is also the creator and presenter of Diction Avenue on Galaxy Television, Lagos, has spent over two decades transforming speech education through his signature Social Accent course—currently taught in elite Nigerian schools such as Baptist Academy and Chrisland Schools. The course is now being test-run in schools across Kenya, with full implementation scheduled for the next academic year, marking a bold step toward pan-African voice education.
