An ex-student of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) was denied access to the school premises due to his hairstyle.
A viral video showed the school’s security operative at the school’s gate entrance restricting the ex-student from gaining access to the compound.
Although it was not exactly clear that the above-stated issue was the reason he was denied entry.
YABATECH is known for its zero tolerance for indecent dressing and has outlined specific guidelines regarding acceptable dress code, hairstyles, and accessories, amongst others.
The school has also not commented on the matter. (CHANNELS)
