The Governorship Candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Peter Nwosu, has reiterated the need to move Anambra State from stagnation under the Prof. Chukwuma Soludo Administration to a new threshold where the State can reach its fullest potentials.

He stated this during a visit to the top hierarchy of the Omambala Union under the leadership of Dr. Chike Obidigbo in Umueri, Anambra East Local Government Area over the weekend.

Nwosu said: "Today, I had the high honour of being received by the top hierarchy of the Omambala Union under the leadership of Dr. Chike Obidigbo.

"It was an opportunity to share my vision for Anambra State as the candidate of the ADC and to appeal for the support of the Omambala LGAs of Anambra North Senatorial Zone in the 8th November, 2025 Anambra Governorship Election.

"As the ADC candidate, my mission is to move Anambra from theoretical to practical governance and from analogue to a digital mindset and ways and means of service delivery.

"I was truly elated that Dr. Chike Obidigbo, the Chairman of Omambala Union in thanking me for my visit and respect accorded to me by the Union."

Nwosu who stated this on his X handle, formerly Twitter, expressed his gratitude at the reception accorded him by the union, saying that several Traditional Rulers from the zone were also present at the meeting.
