At just 15 years old, Ebenezer Ifeanyi Harcourt has taken the TotalEnergies CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations Egypt 2025 by storm.

The goalkeeper, who plays for Sporting Lagos Football Academy, was Nigeria’s starting shot-stopper throughout the competition—an almost unprecedented feat for someone of his age in a continental tournament of this calibre.

Born on 21 October 2009, Harcourt was the youngest player at this year’s championship, but his composure, reflexes and maturity have matched, if not surpassed, those of his more experienced peers.
