The Nkonib Ikot Ansa Qua Clan in Calabar Municipality local government area of Cross River State has expressed doubts over the reported disappearance of one of its subjects, Ntufam Maurice Iso.
They made this known while formally reacting to the alleged disappearance of Ntufam Iso about a month ago.
Ntufam Iso, a member of the community was recently in the news following his alleged disappearance from the community, following a dispute over some portions of land.
However, reacting to the claim, the assistant secretary of the Clan Ntufam Francis Effiom expressed suspicion surrounding the disappearance of Ntufam Maurice Iso.
He emphasized that Ntufam Iso is a key figure in a land dispute with a development company. (Daily Sun)
