Ebonyi state Commissioner for Information and state Orientation, Jude Chikadibia Okpor

The Ebonyi State Social media space is currently on fire over an alleged 200 million naira contract scam by an Aide to Ebonyi State Governor.
On Tuesday evening, the allegations were all over the Ebonyi Social media space accusing the aide (name withheld) of being arrested by the Police.
The accusation whichh first appeared on the Facebook page of Itumo Palm-tree Ndubuisi, a Radio presenter, had accused the Governor?s aide of being detained three days on the order of the Governor.
Meanwhile, when News Express reached the Commissioner for Information and state Orientation, Jude Chikadibia Okpor, he said he was not aware of the arrest.
According to him, ?I?m not aware of such an arrest please,? he said.
Our correspondent contacted the Special Assistant on New Media, Mr Leo Ekene Oketa to speak on the issue. He said he will get back to our correspondent.
Efforts by our correspondent to get the reaction of Ebonyi State Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Joshua Ukandu, proved abortive as at the time of filing this report.
