A University of Lagos student, Oluwakemisola Emmanuel, who once turned to the streets to raise funds for her tuition, has graduated.

In a post shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, Oluwakemisola reflected on her journey through university, sharing photos from her time as a 100-level and 200-level student, as well as her final year when financial struggles led her to seek public support to complete her education.

Her appeal garnered the assistance she needed, enabling her to finish her studies.

Oluwakemisola took to social media to mark her success, posting stunning graduation photos and expressing her gratitude.

She wrote: ?Officially a B.Sc. Mass Communication graduate from the University of Lagos! What started in December 2017 has finally come to a beautiful end today. I?m deeply grateful to God for guiding me through this journey and to everyone who supported me financially along the way.? (The PUNCH)
