NDDC MD, Dr Ogbuku, with President Tinubu during the Christmas visit
The Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr Samuel Ogbuku, has visited President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his Lagos residence in Ikoyi as part of the Christmas festivities.
