The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has explained why some applicants did not qualify for the next stage of its 2024 recruitment process.
Many applicants took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm receipt of regret emails from NNPCL. These emails, sent out gradually, inform unsuccessful candidates of the reasons for their disqualification.
In the rejection emails, NNPCL stated that applicants could not proceed to the next stage ?after a careful review of your application.?
The company highlighted potential reasons for disqualification, including age, academic qualifications, compliance with National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) requirements, or other due diligence factors.
NNPCL encouraged applicants to stay updated on future career opportunities through its official media platforms.
The regret message reads in part: ?Thank you for your interest in building a career with NNPC Limited. We appreciate your time and effort in the application process.
?After a careful review of your application, we regret to inform you that you did not meet the minimum requirements to progress to the next stage of the recruitment process due to one (1) or more of the following reasons: Age; Class of Degree / Academic Requirements; NYSC Requirement; Due Diligence Requirements.
?Once more, thank you for your interest. We encourage you to stay connected with us through our media channels, where we share updates about future career opportunities.
?Wishing you the best in your career journey.? (The Guardian)
