The Isagba-Ajie of Okpanam, Chief Paul Nwayalani, has described Fidelity Bank as one of the most dependable, customer-friendly financial institutions in Nigeria.
Chief Nwayalani stated this at the palace of the Ugoani of Okpanam Kingdom, HRM Dr. Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu on the occasion of the presentation of the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000) reward to him by the bank.
While appreciating the bank for always prioritizing the interests of customers and for also rewarding him after so many years of his patronage, Chief Nwayalani said that he had continued to have implicit confidence in the Bank, particularly for its effective service delivery to customers.
Nwayalani, who narrated how he almost doubted the Bank when he received series of calls and text messages from staff of the bank, informing him that he had won their raffle draw and had been selected among some customers for various categories of rewards, clarified that his initial doubt was as a result of the incessant cases of scam these days in Nigeria.
He urged the people of Okpanam community to open a bank account with the Fidelity Bank to enable them to enjoy quality service and stand a chance to win a reward.
In his remarks, the Branch Manager, Fidelity Bank, Asaba, Mr. Henry Korie, said that the Bank has a scheme where they reward their customers, adding that in their last draw, Chief Paul Nwayalani was among the winners
He stated that they were in Okpanam to present the cheque to their lucky customer and called on residents of Okpanam to identify with the Fidelity Bank by opening an account with them to enable them to enjoy similar benefits in the future.
Earlier, the Ugoani of Okpanam Kingdom, HRM Dr. Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu, commended the bank for rewarding one of his chiefs, noting that the bank had proven that it has a package for rewarding their customers, just as the Okpanam monarch stressed the need for majority of his subjects to open account with the Bank.
Also speaking, Ogbueshi James Chiemeke said that Fidelity Bank was the Bank he had been using over the years and disclosed that the Bank also rewarded him with the tune of One Million Naira four years ago. (Delta State News Bulletin)
