Former US President Donald Trump pledged to take drastic measures to stop what he called the “migrant invasion” of America if re-elected in 2024. Trump outlined his plan to stop all migrant flights, block illegal entries, terminate the CBP One App—referred to as “Kamala’s phone app for smuggling illegals”—and revoke deportation immunity.
Trump said that he would repatriate migrants back to their home countries after being elected as president. He vowed to protect and preserve cities and towns across crucial swing states, including Minnesota, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
“As President I will immediately end the migrant invasion of America. We will stop all migrant flights, end all illegal entries, terminate the Kamala phone app for smuggling illegals (CBP One App), revoke deportation immunity, suspend refugee resettlement, and return Kamala’s illegal migrants to their home countries (also known as remigration),” Trump said in a post on X.
“I will save our cities and towns in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and all across America,” he said.

US President Joe Biden, a Democrat seeking reelection in 2024, has launched a range of programs to allow migrants and people fleeing their home countries to enter the United States lawfully.
Under US law, refugee status is reserved for people who apply from abroad while migrants already in the U.S. can apply for asylum. (Firstpost)
