Kebbi loses prominent royal father

The Chiefdom of Sakaba, Sakaba Local Government Area of Kebbi State, Alh Musa Mohammed, has died at the age of 95.

Late Mohammed was an uncle to Deputy Senate Leader Bala Ibn Na’Allah.

He died at Federal Medical Centre, Birnin Kebbi, on Saturday after a protracted illness.

He is survived by four wives,102 children and 120 grand children.

Among thousands that attended the burial are Governor Atiku Bagudu, his deputy Samaila Dabai Yombe, Sen Muhammadu Magoro, Sen Na’Allah and Emir of Zuru, Maj Gen Muhammadu Sani Sami.

They prayed to Allah to grant late Mohammed eternal rest and his family as well as the people of Kebbi the fortitude to bear the loss.
