Visiting American President Barack Obama will seek to inspire youth from across Africa when he interacts with Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) on Saturday, June 29.
The Town Hall meeting scheduled to hold from 2:30 to 3:50pm will see President Obama interacting with youth in Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and South Africa.
“While 350 South African youth will be at the television studio at the University of Johannesburg, in Soweto, youth from the other three countries will participate via satellite TV broadcast and the event in Nigeria will be hosted by Channels Television,” says the Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Mission to Nigeria in a statement made available to News Express this morning.
