A lady has committed suicide after her groom-to-be died a week to their wedding, in Northern Nigeria.

The ceremony was scheduled for October 22, 2023. Sadly, the groom passed away a week before, and the wedding on Saturday, October 14, was called off.

Later that day, the bride committed suicide.

She supposedly went to bed with her father but didn’t get out of bed.

Apparently, she left a suicide note.

Their nikkah was cancelled due to the death of the groom yesterday. The wife committed suicide overnight.

No matter the situation, don’t kill yourself by commiting suicide, it’s never going to change anything.
