Former Governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Igbinedion, has joined other Nigerians to commiserate with immediate past Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, over the death of his mother.
Igbinedion in a statement made available to News Express described Alhaja Abibat Mogaji, who died Saturday at age 96, as “a bridge builder.”
He added that “Alhaja Abibat Mogaji left a legacy of philantropism, hard work and grassroots mobilizing” in addition to providing “quality leadership” which made her to be “a true mother of democracy and a great symbol of womanhood.”
