Celebrated and diminutive actor, Chinedu Ikedieze, massively called Aki in Nollywood, wept openly last Tuesday on his Instagram over regular and desperate beggings of fans, asking for various sums of money at different times.

He wondered aloud on the said day over what could have given them such disturbing impression that he is in money to warrant these begging on continuous basis, with the strong believe that he has it.

Hardly does an hour passes, without one form of monetary request or another. Some would ask for N5,000, while others would ask for 10,000 or even more. It got to a stage, when one simply asked me for 12,000 dollars, before the one of 35,000 dollars came, which is equivalent to N27M. That was the disturbing amount that forced me to spring to my feet, provoking me at same time. Hence I cried out, insisting that a quick stop should be put to that nonsense, he recalled on his Instagram.

The diminutive actor queried seriously the factor that could have given his aggressive fans the strong believe that he stored huge amount of money somewhere, from where he can withdraw at will and disburse to them.

They have turned my DM quietly to bank of industry. Imagine! It is really funny, disturbing and heartless. How can somebody ask me for 35,000 dollars, equivalent of N27M from me? For what now? He asked disappointedly.

The seriously traumatized actor maintained that his fans who have been harbouring such erroneous believe have forgotten the pains bunch of honest Nigerians are going through helplessly in the name of survival.
