One of the worlds most recognised music streaming platforms, Spotify has unveiled the top 10 Afrobeats artists globally of all time with Grammy award-winning singer, Burna Boy occupying the number one spot.

In the newly released compilation by the global streaming platform, Burna and Tems lead the male and female artistes respectively.

˜Odowgu, Wizkid and Rema made the top three Afrobeats artistes globally with Wiz and Rema coming in second and third positions respectively.

The fourth position was occupied by ˜Love Nwantiti singer, CKay. (Nation)

Tems is the first female artist to be mentioned at number five, followed by Ayra Starr and Amaaree at number nine and ten.

Davido came through after Tem at number six, followed by Fireboy DML and Omah Lay at seventh and eighth positions respectively. (The Nation)
