The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State has raised the alarm over the alleged illegal deployment of 1,000 mobile policemen to Ekeremor LGA by the Minister of State for Agriculture, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, as part of a grand plot to rig election in the area.

The party quoted unnamed eyewitnesses at Bomadi Waterside as confirming the movement of the armed policemen in hired speed boats and allegedly in the company of the minister’s younger brother, Jonathan Lokpobiri,
