Top Nollywood actress, Chioma Akpotha, suddenly came face to face with a life threatening situation last Saturday during the Presidential election voting somewhere in Lekki area of Lagos State, when some dare-devil political thugs suddenly stormed her polling unit, turning things up downside momentarily in their desperation to cart away votes to unknown destination where some desperate and unscrupulous politicians who sent them, may have been waiting.

Chioma who was visibly troubled by the deadly atmosphere created, kept screaming “Oh Jesus!” severally on top of her voice as she was physically frozen on the spot, watching the unbelievable scenario, before one die-hard political lady thug breezed in from nowhere to snatch her bag in a horror movie scenario, leaving her breathless for considerable minutes before she regained her consciousness and start screaming “Oh Jesus!” again. For considerable length of time, the terrifying situation was simply hopeless. When it appeared that tension had subsided, the Nollywood diva started asking for the combined security team of the military and the police.

But sadly, none of them was found anywhere, even while she was busy asking of their where about.

There is no doubt that she will never forget this deadly encounter with those desperate political thugs on a mission to accomplish their aim at a cost.
