Bayelsa United have announced the death of their goalkeeping coach, Ernest Teigbanyo.

The club, in a tweet on its official Twitter handle on Friday, said the late coach died after a brief illness on Thursday.

The tweet read, “Bayelsa United is extremely saddened by the report that our goalkeepers’ coach Ernest Teigbanyo has passed away after a brief illness yesterday. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this sad and difficult time.”
