The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Friday, November 20, 2015:

COASTAL AREAS: In the morning misty/foggy conditions are expected over the entire coast with prospects of localised rain showers in the afternoon.

INLAND AREAS: While Misty/foggy conditions are expected to prevail over the entire inland region in the morning there are chances of hazy conditions affecting the region later in the day.

CENTRAL STATES: While cities like Makurdi, Lokoja, and Ilorin will likely experience dust haze conditions in the morning and afternoon, the rest of the cities in this region will have visibility range between 2-5km, both in the morning and afternoon.

NORTHERN STATES: as dust haze is expected to dominate the entire region during the forecast period with visibility ranging from 2-5km, places like Katsina, Kano and Zaria have prospects of localised visibility of less than 2km throughout the forecast period.
