The Department of State Security (DSS) is maintaining its siege on the Abuja residence of Sambo Dasuki despite yesterday's order by the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court presided over by Justice Ademola Adeniyi.
The court had unequivocally told the Federal Government and the DSS that the prior order of the court granting the former National Security Adviser (NSA) permission to travel abroad for medical reasons must be obeyed.
The court told the Federal Government to wait for Dasuki to return from his medical journey before his trial can continue.
Almost 24 hours after the ruling, News Express can report that DSS operatives were yet to vacate Dasuki's residence as at the time of filing this report.
