Lagos baking materials dealers association, the owners of Ebonyi Cluster in Balogun Business Association (BBA), International Centre for Commerce (ICC), Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, Badagry Express Way, has announced that the members of the association who were owed various amount of money during the construction of the complex would be refunded within the next 28 days.

In a statement which was jointly signed by Shedrack Anijieke and Godwin Ogunwa, Chairman and Secretary Board of Trustees of the association respectively, they said that those who are to be refunded are expected to come with their receipts and other relevant documents.

According to the secretary of the association, Godwin Ogunwa, what caused the delay in payment was prolonged court cases that were embarked upon by some of the aggrieved members of the association.

He said now that they have resolved the issues, as a caring and responsible organization, they have decided to fulfill their obligation to those who put in their hard earned money during the construction of the plaza.

Speaking further, he said that they regretted the delay in refund.

He said that with the current positive development, peace has returned to Ebonyi plaza and they are now trading like members of one family.
